Noelle in her ball.
Um, ooops. I think I got caught.
Tonight Daddy used the cookbook he got for Christmas to make dinner. The cookbook in question? Bobby Flay’s Burgers, Fries and Shakes. The recipe he chose was called Cheyenne Burgers, served with homemade onion strings. Just yummy.
While Zan made the barbecue sauce and the burgers, I made the onion rings. Yeah, a tad bit greasy, I know, but oh-so yummy.
And the burgers? Need I say more than this:
Didn’t think so.
Maddie, early in the morning. Loverly, isn’t she? LOL Poor kid.
Maddie at the grocery store. She’s not all that enthused, can ya tell?
Taylor insisted on climbing into the back of the cart and yet refused to let me take her picture. Hmph.
Maddie sitting on the step stool, playing on my laptop. Unfortunately, Tiger also seems to think this step stool is his. So, they decided to share.
Troy’s grandma, Uncle Jimmy and Jimmy’s friend, Judy, came into town the day after Christmas. This was the farewell dinner at P. F. Chang’s. Uncle Jimmy is impersonating a walrus. I think the moustache adds something, don’t you?
And Madison, imitating Uncle Jimmy impersonating a walrus.
So, the girls spend New Year’s Eve with their Auntie Annie and cousins Kyrstin and Logan. Since Annie lives on the other end of the earth from us, we met for lunch at Claim Jumper on New Year’s Day.
Taylor and Logan.
Maddie having difficulties with the onions on her mini cheeseburgers.
Taylor pretending to be a roast pig (with Maddie in the foreground and Kyrstin in the middle).
Left to right: Madison, Kyrstin, and Taylor (who is looking the wrong direction).
And again… this time it’s Maddie that’s looking the wrong way. Why is it always MY kids?
Logan thinking he’s going to escape the camera.
And finally, Logan showing off one of his many talents.
